Progress is coming of course slow, but fine for the most part on Takuto: Chapter 1.
I am planning on creating and releasing a chapter every week, every Saturday at 5 PM. This is one of the reasons the style is in pencil.
If I did do it in color, however, I would do it in the style of the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel, which might bore people to DEATH; though it is all in the eyes of the beholder I guess (I personally love the feeling of the visual novels, even though you could go through chapters of content and have 3-4 pictures).
I guess it's up to time to decide.
